Care Impact Consulting
I started Care Impact Consulting because I believe nonprofits deserve the same level of strategic and operational support that for‑profit organizations rely on every day. That support should be delivered with humanity, practicality, and deep respect for the communities they serve.
Throughout my career, I’ve seen mission‑driven teams work tirelessly while navigating limited resources, competing priorities, and rising expectations. Passion fuels the work, but sustainable impact requires clarity, alignment, and systems that help people do their best work.
Care for the mission and impact through strong operations is the heart of Care Impact Consulting. Many organizations are asked to “build the plane while flying it,” without the time or support to strengthen the operational foundation that makes execution predictable and mission delivery sustainable.
I created CIC to help close that gap. When strategy is supported by thoughtful systems and human‑centered processes, organizations can serve their communities with greater confidence and stability.

I approach every engagement as a partnership. I don’t arrive with a rigid framework or a list of solutions. I start by listening. I want to understand your goals, your constraints, and the lived realities of your team.
From there, I help you build clarity around where you are today and what it will take to move forward. what I bring
I am a project and operations leader with more than a decade of experience helping teams deliver complex work in fast‑moving, often regulated environments. I’ve built PMO functions, managed multimillion‑dollar operations, led cross‑functional teams, and supported organizations through periods of change and growth. Across every role, I’ve been drawn to the same challenge: bringing structure to complexity so people can do their best work.
I approach this work with humility, curiosity, and a commitment to clarity. My goal isn’t to tell you what to do. My goal is to help you view your organization more clearly, make confident decisions, and build the operational strength that protects your mission.
